This theme is used by showing KCH as a corporation that is constantly innovating through increasing digitization.
The theme of the Rakernas KCH 2022, as said before, involves the integration of innovation and digitization. This concept demonstrates that KCH is prepared to welcome 2022 with digital innovation. This idea represents the company's desire to be related to the times in the future constantly.
Fundamentally, the theme for the Rakernas 2022 is influenced by existing business values, identities, and expectations. Corporate identity is a visual representation of the company's products, services, and beliefs. The company must be consistently communicating its previously developed ideals as it creates its identity.
According to the Harvard Business Review, or HBR, companies communicate their business identity through clearly recognizable logos and famous visuals. A company's brand identity includes logos, slogans, colors, fonts, and package designs. The second Panca Sradha point states that innovation is the key to our success, which is the theme of the Rakernas 2022. KCH is glad to introduce a new uniform with a visualized design that matches the company's identity and future dreams at the Rakernas 2022. KCH's new uniform is a t-shirt designed to show that the company has a youth culture while being reliable to prior generations. The internship team, The HRES team, and most crucially, the input from the Board of Directors, Mrs. Feni Herawati, were all engaged in creating KCH's new uniforms. Each element of the uniform has its ideology, which makes a complete whole. Let's take a look:

Casual but Presentable. KCH chose a t-shirt model to represent that KCH is a casual but respectable company. T-shirts are often associated with "youth," depicting a strong KCH youth culture, ready to face the future. On the other hand, the T-shirt is suitable for people of all ages, implying that it is still relevant and in line with previous generations. That is, KCH combines two generations of culture to create a harmonious whole.
Black is Never Wrong. In the retail industry, black is a popular color. Black is associated with mystery, power, elegance, and refinement in color psychology. Black is a versatile color that people of many ages may wear, many skin tones, many occasions, and genders. This shows that KCH supports equality and does not prejudice amongst various groups. KCH creates uniforms that are suitable for all types of humans.
The Color of Spirits. Although the general color palette is black, the KCH identity colors are green and yellow. The ornamental components and typography use color combinations other than black. In addition to preserving identity, KCH chose the fun color to indicate that fun is who we are, no matter our mood. Whatever the circumstances, every day seems bright, much like KCH's mission to make the future of healthcare shinier and more colorful.
Vision and Responsibility. There is also a KCH vision in the uniform design, namely "Trusted Healthcare For A Meaningful Life," intended to remind "the user" to achieve KCH's objective of promoting health in Indonesia consistently. The vision that KCH has is expressed under the KCH typography.

KCH stands for Kalbe Consumer Health and is written in a consistent style. KCH established this abbreviation to make it simple for anyone who sees it to remember that we made it to express the identity of a corporation. The K, C, and H typography have their meanings. These three letters symbolize KCH's values and expectations for 2022, and some of them have already been fulfilled this year. Come on, look for the beliefs that drive the typography!

Our Dual-Values. K represents our vision and mission "Providing best in class and easy to access healthcare solutions for a meaningful life." We chose the elements of the letter K to reflect the health theme, demonstrating that KCH is one of Indonesia's most trusted pharmaceutical businesses with a mission to build public health figures. Because the letter K is the first letter, it was chosen to represent our Dual-Values, vision, and mission. Those 2 values are the foundation for setting direction and goals.

Sustainability Support. C represents our intent to support sustainable development goals by starting Saka Green Movement. The letter C is defined with plant ornaments, which show that KCH supports all actions to preserve the ecology. KCH openly defends the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, especially the Environmental Development Pillar, through this design. This pillar has six SDGs points: 6, 11, 12, 13, 14, and 15. KCH has made various steps to achieve preservation, including organizing the Saka Green Movement, a fun and engaging event for environmental protection at KCH. A competition to create a biopore is one of the Saka Green Movement's activities. Moreover, KCH has long maintained plastic-free work environment regulations in manufacturing and the head offices.

Be Ready for The Future. H with technology-themed illustrations shows that KCH is future-ready. Innovation and digitalization will be Saka Star's best friends in 2022. KCH is a company that is always willing to change and grow, specifically technological developments resulting from globalization's excellent pace. To participate, KCH has begun to provide digital access for all of its employees to make their jobs easier. Digitalization is not a terrifying phantom for KCH; instead, it is a way for KCH to think outside the box and strive to become the best.
